QryptoXINFO is designed to operate without requiring an account. Depending on how you use the App, the following limited information may be processed:
- On-device preferences: saved market identifiers, cached release information, and fictional practice-state selections needed to preserve your experience.
- Technical request data: IP address, request time, user-agent or device/network characteristics, response status, and security logs that may be processed by our hosting and network providers when your device requests online data.
- Communications: information you voluntarily provide if you contact us for support or privacy assistance.
We do not request your precise location, contacts, photos, health information, government identifiers, or payment card information through the App.

We process information only as reasonably necessary to:

On-device preferences remain until you change them, remove the App, or clear the relevant device data. Support correspondence may be retained while the request is active and for a reasonable period afterward to document its resolution.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No transmission or storage system is completely secure. Online service providers may process information in countries other than your own; where required, we use recognized transfer safeguards.

Subject to local law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection; to withdraw consent; or to appeal a decision. Because QryptoXINFO does not require an account, we may need enough information to verify and locate any data connected with a request. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

The App is not directed to children under 18, or a higher minimum age where required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Market information may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. QryptoXINFO is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Fictional practice results do not represent actual execution or future performance.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the App, law, or our practices. We will revise the effective date and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after an update is subject to the revised policy.
